Counselor

Caryn is a compassionate and skilled mental health counselor with a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Queens College. Caryn believes that every person is unique, with a story that deserves to be honored. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection and authenticity.

Outside of her clinical work, Caryn enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, engaging in meaningful conversations over a good meal, walking along the beach, restoring vintage furniture, and all things chocolate.
