Development Director
The Development Director is a mission-driven, strategic, and tactical individual who is responsible for developing, managing, and executing the RCS annual development plan. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader who has a clear grasp of all core components of fundraising and development: individual giving, major gifts, stewardship, board relations, annual giving campaigns (events and digital), institutional foundations relations, grant writing, and corporate/church/partnerships/sponsorships.
